The Application does not collect precise location data, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or analytics data.
Your information is used only to operate and improve the core functionality of the Application.

Phone numbers are used solely for account creation, authentication, and participation in shared bill features. Users may connect with one another only through user-initiated actions within the Application.
The Application does not access, upload, or synchronize your device contacts.
We do not track users across third-party apps or websites and do not use advertising identifiers.
The Application uses Firebase (Google) to provide authentication, cloud database storage, and file storage. Your information is processed and stored according to Google's privacy and security practices.

To provide receipt scanning and bill-splitting functionality, receipt images that you upload are securely transmitted to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's AI is used solely to extract receipt text, item names, prices, quantities, and other information necessary to generate and organize your bill.
Receipt images are transmitted to Anthropic only when you choose to upload a receipt for processing. The information is processed only to provide the requested functionality within the Application.
Receipt images and extracted receipt data are not used by the Application for advertising or marketing purposes.

External payment applications such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle are opened only when initiated by the user. The Application does not transmit your personal information to these services.
We do not sell your personal information.

You may delete your account at any time through the Application settings. Upon account deletion, your personal information is permanently removed from our systems. Deletion is typically completed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will promptly delete it.
Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, through Firebase and Anthropic's infrastructure. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect personal information transferred internationally.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information and rely on the industry-standard security infrastructure provided by Firebase and Anthropic.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
